First Stages is currently undergoing a transitory hiatus. Artistic Director Robert Latimer-Cornell is on a sabbatical from the company as he considers opportunities both here in Canada and abroad, particularly as a director, in other disciplines in the Arts. Presently, he is continuing with his performing career in theatre and film.

Robert extends his gratitude to the patrons, supporters and devotees of First Stages for their loyalty, understanding and patience.
